My second oilpainting combined with acryl because of use of airbrush.Since i saw the first Alien movie in cinema, i drawned Giger's Alien everywere (mostly on my schoolbooks hehe).Now i'm painting, i wanted to paint that old passion.The painting is painted in 2 layers and the top of the head even in 4 layers to get the dark tinted transparency and wet shining highlights. Also i draw & paint it almost complete out of my head, used some reference pictures, but they were total different composition. Also i draw 3 things to my own imagination, the shoulderblades are much higher, the underjaw is rounded, the skin is build from smaller parts.Oil and acryl on canvas300 x 400 mm / 11.8 x 15.7 inch
